Pennsylvania unveils new Covid-19 alert app

Gov. Tom Wolf and Department of Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine announced the launch of a new Covid-19 exposure app that will alert users if they have been in close proximity with someone who has self-disclosed that they have the virus.
