The owners of a Lake Street restaurant that was burned down in the civil unrest of last spring are suing the city of Minneapolis, blaming leaders for failing to quell the riots. Minnesota Public Radio reports that it's the first case of a lawsuit targeting the city for its response to the riots, which followed the death of George Floyd during an arrest by Minneapolis police officers.
