S&P/ASX 200 (INDEXASX:XJO) was trading near the flatline with a 0.15% fall by about 1.50 pm as Sydney property prices are back above the peak last hit in 2017 and currently sit at record highs, according to CoreLogic data. This follows a 15% fall in prices between July 2017 and May 2019.
