AMC will open nearly all its U.S. theaters by the end of March

AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. plans to reopen 99% of its U.S. theaters by the end of March, the company announced in a Wednesday release. The Leawood, Kansas-based movie theater chain (NYSE: AMC) began reopening theaters over the summer, but the process backslid when Covid-19 cases spiked and some cities reintroduced shutdown orders.
