Stop & Shop launches 'compassion fund' in wake of fatal shooting

The grocery chain is contributing $500,000 to the fund after the fatal shooting of Ray Wishropp, a worker in the company's West Hempstead store. It is also providing financial assistance for Wishropp's funeral expenses.
