The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has made the long-anticipated move to amend its conditional sail order for cruise lines, creating an easier path for the industry to get back to business as usual in the U.S. Those new guidelines could allow passenger voyages to resume as soon as mid-summer, according to a Wednesday letter from the CDC to industry insiders.
