Good morning, and happy Cinco de Mayo. Here are today's Five Things. That was fast. Gov. Kate Brown announced Tuesday that the 15 counties in Oregon's Extreme Risk category for Covid-19 would revert to the High Risk category on Friday, one week after new restrictions were imposed.
