A Cleveland roller derby team called the Cleveland Guardians filed a suit Wednesday to prevent the Cleveland's pro baseball team from taking the "Guardians" name. The 7-year-old non-profit roller derby term claims it had the name first, and says there can't be two teams named "Guardians" in Cleveland without causing confusion.
