Unilever won't up £50bn offer for GSK-Pfizer unit

LONDON: Consumer goods giant Unilever on Wednesday said it would not increase a £50-billion offer for the consumer healthcare unit owned by pharmaceutical groups GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer.
