Seattle health care data startup Opala names Premera Blue Cross exec as CEO

Seattle-based health care data company Opala is hiring Ken Chandler as its new CEO. Chandler spent more than 20 years with the Mountlake Terrace-based health insurance company Premera Blue Cross, and he's worked in health care for more than 30 years, according to Opala.
