Hansal Mehta slams Academy as 'Nepotistic'

Bollywood celebrities like Alia Bhatt, Hrithik Roshan and costume designer Neeta Lulla among others, recently received an invitation from The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS). According to PTI, those who accept the invitation will get voting rights at the 93rd Academy Awards, scheduled for April 25, 2021. Filmmaker Hansal Mehta slammed the Academy’s decision and called it ‘Nepotisitc’ on a social media post.
