An affidavit by Prabhakar Sail, bodyguard to drug case witness KP Gosavi, has brought about shocking developments in Aryan Khan related drugs case. He has leveled serious allegations of a payoff to the Narcotics Control Bureau and Sam D’Souza’s name has also cropped up. The affidavit by Prabhakar Sail cited a meeting between Shah Ruk Khan's manager Poooja Dadlani, KP Gosavi and one Sam D'Souza in the wee hours of October 3 in Lower Parel. It also mentioned a payment of Rs 8 crore that had to be made to NCB’s Zonal director Sameer Wankhede.
