Nadav Lapid: 'Kashmir Files' is a brilliant movie

Israeli filmmaker Nadav Lapid, who created a stir by calling 'The Kashmir Files' 'vulgar' and 'a propaganda', has said that he sticks to his comment, but added that the Vivek Agnihotri film is 'brilliant'.
