Residents of the German district of Guetersloh voiced frustration at a localized lockdown, as some waited in line for hours for a coronavirus test. Guetersloh and neighbouring Warendorf were put under lockdown after an outbreak at the Toennies meatpacking plant infected more than 1,500 workers.
