Poland no longer sending arms to Ukraine: A reason to worry?

Poland, one of Ukraine's staunchest allies, says it will no longer be sending arms to Ukraine to aid in its war with Russia. The spat comes amid a diplomatic row over grain and produce exports. Is this cause for concern?
