New Polish leader Tusk declares ‘peaceful revolt for freedom’

Donald Tusk isn’t wasting time. One day after his appointment as head of the Polish government, he set out his plans to the parliament in Warsaw. Tusk will head straight to Brussels to represent Poland at an EU summit.
