Iran issues arrest warrant for Donald Trump over airstrike on top general
Monday, 29 June 2020 () Prosecutors urged Interpol to put out a "red notice" for US President Donald Trump over the deadly airstrike on Iranian general Qassem Soleimani. Iran pledged to keep pursuing the matter even after Trump leaves office.
Iran has issued an arrest warrant for U.S. President Donald Trump and 35 others over the killing of top general Qassem Soleimani and has asked Interpol for help, Tehran prosecutor Ali Alqasimehr said on Monday, according to the Fars news agency. Edward Baran reports.
