Azerbaijan and Armenia agree to a ceasefire

After nearly two weeks of clashes in Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed to suspend hostilities. Russia's top diplomat Sergey Lavrov said that the ceasefire is set to go into effect later on Saturday.
