Afghanistan: Multiple explosions rock various parts of Kabul

A series of loud explosions have rocked Kabul, with reports of several rockets hitting various parts of the Afghan capital. The blasts came ahead of the US secretary of state's planned meeting with the Taliban in Qatar.
