Winnipeg police to speak about queen statues being pulled down at Manitoba legislature

Winnipeg police Chief Danny Smyth is expected to speak to media at 1 p.m. after the head of a Queen Victoria statue at the Manitoba Legislature was removed and thrown in the Assiniboine River.
