Md. gubernatorial hopeful Jerome Segal taps Galena council member Justin Dispenza as running mate

Maryland gubernatorial candidate Jerome Segal, founder of the disbanded socialist Bread and Roses party, named small-town council member Justin Dispenza as his running mate in the race for the Democratic nomination.
