Legal effort to remove Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene from Ga. ballot can proceed, judge rules

A judge has ruled that Free Speech for People, a national election and campaign finance reform group, can proceed with legal efforts to disqualify Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) from running for reelection, citing her role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol.
