Florida sheriff’s deputy uses Taser at gas station, setting man on fire

Osceola County Sheriff's Deputy David Crawford faces a misdemeanor charge of culpable negligence after using a Taser on 26-year-old Jean Barreto at a Wawa gas station. It resulted in an explosion that Barreto's attorneys say gave him third-degree burns over 75 percent of his body.
