Amtrak and NJ Transit Trains Suspended Because of Fallen Wires at Penn Station

Fallen electrical wires in New Jersey stopped Amtrak and New Jersey Transit trains, but did not affect the subway or the Long Island Rail Road, according to transit agencies.
