CPM suspends its MLA for voting for Congress in Rajya Sabha elections

The Communist party of India (Marxist) CPM suspended its legislature party leader Balwan Poonia for a year as he violated party discipline by voting in favour of the Congress candidates in the just concluded Rajya Sabha elections.
