Surrender or you will be shot: Slain Vikas Dubey’s mom appeals to on-the-run younger son

Sarla Devi, mother of slain gangster Vikas Dubey, on Wednesday urged her younger son Deep Prakash Dubey to come out of hiding and surrender before police otherwise he and his family will also be killed.
