Depriving states of GST compensation attempt to undermine federalism: Mamata Banerjee to PM Narendra Modi

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday wrote a letter to PM Narendra Modi in which she alleged that the Centre's failure to pay Goods and Services Tax (GST) dues to states undermines federalism.
