In 8-point action plan against terrorism, Jaishankar slams Pakistan, takes a dig at China

Describing terrorism as the greatest threat to mankind, foreign minister S Jaishankar Tuesday proposed an 8-point action plan at the UNSC to ensure effective action against the menace of terrorism. Even without naming either Pakistan or China, the minister slammed the former for aiding terrorism and took a dig at the latter as he said that there can be no double standards on the issue of terrorism.
