High Court to examine plea to stop work on Central Vista

The Delhi high court has agreed to examine on Tuesday a plea seeking directions to stop or suspend all construction activity of the Central Vista Avenue Redevelopment Project during Covid-19 pandemic. The plea challenges the ongoing construction activity part of the project arguing that Centre and CPWD's 'reckless act' has the potential of being a super spreader event.
