Uttar Pradesh sets new record with 8.1 lakh jabs in 24 hours, highest in India

Uttar Pradesh set a new record of administering over 8.1 lakh doses of Covid-19 vaccine across 8,510 sessions organised in 75 districts on Tuesday. This was highest in the country on Tuesday and surpassed 7.25 lakh inoculations on Monday, the first day of the implementation of free universal Covid vaccination.
