Mumbai: Ex-CP Param Bir Singh's fall from grace just before curtain call

With less than a year left for his retirement, former Mumbai police commissioner Param Bir Singh is facing extortion charges in two cases. In the first case, a builder has accused Singh and his colleagues of demanding Rs15 crore, while in the other case, also filed by a builder, the alleged extortion amount is Rs2crore.
