UP cops detain Punjab deputy CM Randhawa, MLAs

Punjab deputy chief minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa and other Congress MLAs, who were on their way to Lakhimpur Kheri, were forcibly detained by the Uttar Pradesh police on Monday evening and taken to Shahjahanpur police post under Sarsawa police station in Saharanpur district.
