Covid-19: Uttarakhand bans poll rallies, shuts schools till January 16

Chief secretary SS Sandhu on late Friday night issued fresh guidelines for Uttarakhand in the wake of a surge in Covid-19 cases due to Omicron. The curbs will remain effective till January 16.
