Uttarakhand: Man with knife climbs stage at Harish Rawat rally, held

Police in Uttarakhand arrested a man who got on to the stage with a knife after Congress leader and former chief minister Harish Rawat completed his address at a party event in Kashipur, Udham Singh Nagar district, on Friday.
