UP polls 2022: Dacoit Dadua's son Veer Singh Patel won't fight on Samajwadi Party ticket in Manikpur

Growing discontentment among some candidates fielded by the Samajwadi Party (SP) has come out in the open. While in Chitrakoot district, Veer Singh Patel, son of dreaded slain dacoit Dadua, who was given ticket from Manikpur assembly seat by the SP has refused to contest the election, in Prayagraj, the party’s candidate from Allahabad South, Raies Chandra Shukla is facing stiff opposition from the party cadre.
