1,000 still stuck in conflict zone, India in talks for ‘local ceasefire’

More than 20,000 Indians had left Ukraine by late Friday, but about 1,000 still remained in the conflict zone – 300 in Kharkiv and over 700 in Sumy – as ‘Operation Ganga’ entered a decisive stage.
