Former Punjab Congress chief Sunil Jakhar fails to reply to party’s disciplinary panel notice, faces action

The Congress Disciplinary Committee will meet in a couple of days to decide on action against former Punjab Congress chief Sunil Jakhar and Kerala Congress leader KV Thomas, reports PTI.
