PM Modi hails Guru Tegh Bahadur; defends CAA

In an unprecedented address to the nation from the Red Fort on the 400th Parkash Purab of the ninth Sikh Guru, the PM also defended the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), calling it a necessary measure to provide relief and security to the Sikhs and Hindus facing religious persecution in neighbouring countries.
