'Ripped jeans destroying culture': Former Uttarakhand CM Tirath Singh Rawat at it again

Pauri MP and former Uttarakhand chief minister Tirath Singh Rawat has again stoked controversy by saying he stands by his remarks last year that "ripped jeans worn by women was responsible for degeneration of society".
