Bihar: Tiger kills 8th person, shooting order issued

Armed with guns and torches, hundreds of men fanned out across the fringes of Valmiki Tiger Reserve (VTR) in West Champaran district in order to kill an elusive man-eating tiger, after it made its eighth human kill in the region on Friday.
