At 1,334, India records lowest single-day rise in daily cases in over 6 months

India has recorded 1,334 fresh Covid cases, the lowest in 188 days, as per Union government bulletin released on Monday. The country also registered 16 fatalities, which include 12 deaths reconciled by Kerala. The number of active cases has declined to 23,193 with a decrease of such 239 cases. The national recovery rate has increased to 98.76 per cent.
