Madhya Pradesh: Health centre deserted, baby dies after birth in ambulance

A woman in labour was rushed to a community health centre (CHC) in MP's Rewa district on Sunday evening only to find it empty. There was neither a doctor, nor even a paramedic. She delivered in the ambulance and the baby died a short while later.
