Chhattisgarh Governor Anusuiya Uikey on Sunday took a 'strong exception' towards the Board of Control for Cricket in India's (BCCI) 'biased' approach for not extending an invitation to her for the second ODI played between India and New Zealand at Raipur's Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium on Saturday.
