Day after bringing home newborn, 5 of Uttar Pradesh family suffocate to death in Jammu and Kashmir

Five members of a family, including a day-old infant, hailing from Bijnor died in their sleep due to suffocation after they left a coal heater on inside their room overnight to fight biting cold in Kupwara district in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday night. The persons who died include Mohd Majid (35), his wife Shahna (30) and three children -- Faizan (7), Abuzar (5) and a newborn.
