Army jawan murder: Samba Police crack case, arrest accused

“District police have successfully solved the mysterious killing case of an Army soldier and converted inquest proceedings (174 CrPC) into murder case u/s 302 IPC,” Samba SSP Benam Tosh said, adding: “Police have also arrested the accused and seized the weapon of offence, an AK-47 rifle.”
