Past experience helps cop save baby born in train loo in Uttar Pradesh

A 26-year-old RPF constable, who hails from Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh, went beyond the call of duty and revived an infant who was born in the lavatory of a train headed towards Rourkela, Odisha.
