Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma’s security beefed up after pro-Khalistan outfit’s threat

Assam Police strengthened the security chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and they are in touch with the central agencies after a “designated terrorist under Indian law”, who is heading a pro-Khalistan group in the US threatened Sarma in an audio clip alleging torture on the Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh Sandhu’s close aides lodged in Dibrugarh jail since March 19.
