Can't split mom, infant: Bombay HC stays Russian's deportation

The Bombay HC on Monday gave interim protection against deportation to a Russian woman who was denied an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) Card despite her marriage to an Indian and an infant child from it, reports Swati Deshpande.
