SC asks Vernon Gonsalves, Arun Ferreira to surrender passports, share addresses with NIA

Granting bail to civil rights activists Vernon Gonsalves and Arun Ferreira, the Supreme Court said the two cannot leave Maharashtra without the trial court's permission and asked them to surrender their passports. The SC directed the two to let NIA know their addresses. One of the 16 accused in the Elgar Parishad case, Father Stan Swamy, a tribal rights activist, died in custody.
