Unable to bear abdomen pain, woman shoots herself dead

A 35-year-old woman who was suffering from abdomen pain due to fibroids in the uterus allegedly shot herself dead with a pistol at her residence in Ambedkar Nagar village in Nigohi block of UP's Shahjahanpur district on Wednesday night.
